In eastern Bavaria – among Donau, Böhmerwald and the austrian border – the wonderful Bavarian Wood is situated. This magnificent natural preserve spans over parts of the Oberpfalz and Niederbayern and provides nature in terms of endless forests, clear rivers and lakes as well as fresh air.

Between the cities of Straubing and Cham lies Loitzendorf, a typical bavarian village with about 600 inhabitants.

Approximately three kilometres beyond the village resides the Ferienhaus Stautner at beautiful hillside situation. Its surroundings are stamped by usable agricultural area; but exactly that is what appeals to the visitor.
